THE KINGS PATHWAY

Join the adventure and walk at high altitudes over wooden boardwalks along 400 meter high cliffs and take in the breathtaking views in El Chorro Natural Park. El Caminito de Rey hike is spectacular all way long From the count of Guadalhorce reservoir to its end at el Chorro dam. Placed in unique natural surroundings, the path stretches between two gorges, canyons and a large valley, along pathways or boardwalks. It is necessary to make reservations.

El Torcal

Near the town Antequera is the protected Nature Reserve El Torcal, known for its unusual limestone rock formations. On arrival it feels like having landed at an alien landscape. There is a choice of short or long hiking trails through the park. In this special Karst Massif you will see its typical flora and with a bit of luck you might spot foxes, ibexes and birds of prey.

La Senda Litoral de la provincia de Málaga es un proyecto liderado por la Diputación que cuenta con la colaboración de los los 14 municipios costeros, las mancomunidades costeras, la Consejería de Agricultura, Ganadería, Pesca y Desarrollo Sostenible de la Junta de Andalucía y el Ministerio de Agricultura, Alimentación y Medio Ambiente a través de Costas y Medio Marítimo. Este proyecto posibilitará el tránsito desde Manilva a Nerja a través de toda la costa, cubriendo unos 180 kilómetros.
